Le Coeur d'Or is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, 800m from the TGV/Eurostar mainline train station of Bourg-Saint-Maurice and 1 mile from the Arc-en-ciel funicular to take you to the slopes of Arc 1600 and beyond to the world's largest ski area of Paradiski in just 7 minutes.
Le Coeur d'Or was built for the 2009 season by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM and is composed of 1 chalet building housing just 40 apartments.
Le Coeur d'Or boasts a brand new Spa and Beauty Centre with free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Numerous facial and body treatments and massages are available (payable). Bathrobes can be hired.
Facilities include a luggage room, lifts, ski lockers, free Wi-Fi access in the main reception area and in all apartments (free for first PC/handset) and covered parking (payable, max height 2.10m). For your convenience there is a small selection of shops on the ground floor. A bakery service and breakfast kits are available to purchase.
The loan of cots, highchairs, bottle warmers, socket guards, changing tables (all on request, 1 cot & 1 highchair max per apartment), board games, fondue, raclette and pierrade sets is also possible (subject to availability).
The apartments at Le Coeur d'Or are fitted and furnished to a high standard which provides you with quality comfort and convenience. The fresh and inviting decor is luxurious and traditional with wood as always much in evidence. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee-maker, toaster, mixer and steamer. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone (calls payable), heated towel rail and hairdryer in the bathroom and a balcony.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.
