Le Refuge du Golf in Flaine is located in the Hameau de Flaine area, just over 1 mile from the centre of Flaine itself and the bottom of the ski slopes. There is a free daytime shuttle bus from the residence every 15 minutes which runs until 18.15. Alternatively doorstep skiing* is offered as you can take the green 'Aigue Marine' ski slope located opposite the residence, at the top of the 'Les Gerats' chairlift.
Le Refuge du Golf is composed of luxury south-facing apartments and chalets which are beautifully built using traditional wood and all have stunning mountain views. The main building houses the reception, bar, restaurant, well-being spa area and a few shops.
Facilities include free access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna & steam & fitness rooms, massage rooms (payable) and covered parking (payable). Baby kits can be hired (cot, highchair & bath). End of stay cleaning can be arranged (payable).
The luxury apartments and chalets at Le Refuge du Golf are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. The interior decor and design is modern and stylish, with the use of neutral colours and light wood throughout. They are spacious and all have a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave/grill & dishwasher. The apartments sleeping 6+ also have an oven. All apartments have LCD TV, Wi-Fi connection and balcony or terrace.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old. Disabled apartments do not have microwave/grills, they only have an oven.
*This indicates that you can access to or from the slopes with ease (within a 5-15 minute walk depending on which building you are located in). This is subject to normal snow conditions in the resort at that time and to the individual skier's ability. |
