Le Pic de l'Ours in Font Romeu is located in the resort centre within close proximity to the shops and restaurants and just 50m from the closest gondola for an immediate access to the main ski slopes. This recently built ski residence is composed of 107 apartments, spread over 3 eight-story buildings (with lift).
Facilities at Le Pic de l'Ours include free access to the indoor heated swimming pool with whirlpool (10m x 5m, open 10:00-12:00 & 16:00-19:00, closed Sat morning), sauna and steam room (1 free session/apartment then payable), communal lounge area with fireplace, luggage room, ski lockers, children's play area, laundry room (payable), Wi-Fi access in the main reception area (payable) and covered parking (payable).
Raclette sets can be hired (subject to availability). The loan of board games, cots and highchairs (for under 2 year olds) is also possible (subject to availability).
The apartments at Le Pic de l'Ours are fitted and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience. The interiors are stylish and sophisticated with the use of dark wood. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee-maker and dishwasher, TV and a furnished balcony or terrace.
Please note: Alcoves are usually not enclosed, have bunk beds and no window. For any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old. |
