Les Balcons de La Rosière in La Rosière is located right on the slopes (Eucherts) to provide the opportunity for doorstep skiing (*) and there is a free shuttle bus to the resort centre which is 1500m away.
There is also a new tourist and commercial centre just a 5 minute walk from the residence with an ice rink, bowling alley, Tourist Office and ESF ski school, as well as restaurants and pubs.
Built in traditional style, Les Balcons de La Rosière benefits from a quiet location, great sunshine and fantastic views of Tarentaise.
Facilities include a large reception/lounge area with open fire, underground parking (payable - height limit 2.08m), free Wi-Fi access in the main reception area, ski lockers and onsite mini-market offering all the basics you will need (including bakery goods, milk, fruit, vegetables, cooked chickens etc…). Massages, face & body treatments are also available (payable). The loan of cots and highchairs is possible (subject to availability).
The lovely onsite restaurant, La Grange, offers Savoyard and Italian specialities in a charming atmosphere and the terrace is accessible directly from the slopes. Alternatively Le Skifood is ideal for fast food and take-away options. The stylish onsite bar Le Moobar is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or two.
All the stylish apartments at Les Balcons de La Rosière are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. The interior décor is traditional with the use of pine wood and rustic features. They have a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. All apartments have satellite TV, a telephone (calls payable), spa bath in the bathroom and a balcony.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.
(*) This indicates that you can access to or from the slopes with ease (within 100m of the residence). This is subject to normal snow conditions in the resort at that time and to the individual skier's ability.
