Skiing in Les Orres
The
skiing domain is very varied from the steep slope to
undulating runs. The 88 km/54.8 miles of runs are
lined by larches. This domain is suitable to every
style and level of skiing, snowboarding and
cross-country skiing. The resort is equipped with a
slalom stadium.

Snowboarding in Les Orres
Snowboarders
will find a snowpark with
a space slide, 2 quarters, 2 big airs … in the
area “Espace New
Gliss”. The snowpark is also equipped with
music and is regularly livened up
|

Cross-country skiing
Les
Orres has 40 km/25 miles of trails. There are
different levels of difficulties. For the beginners,
the trails are located on the plateau of Charance and are in the forest.
For the more advanced skiers, the itinerary of
“Mazelière” will
enjoy them. The access of the cross-country skiing
domain is free.

Ski school
The ESF in
Les Orres offers a variety of lessons from alpine
skiing to snowboarding.
For the
children aged 3-6 yrs there is the
Piou-Piouclub where
they will be entertained and have skiing
lessons.

| The Skiing |
| This resort is good for intermediate skiers, with 88km of lift served runs. The well designed lift system means keen learners can progress smoothly from blues to reds and access the whole mountain. There are also 40km of cross country trails with a high number of scenic routes through the forest, which also provides good shelter in bad weather. |

| Après Ski |
| The après ski here is lively but not rowdy. It holds a variety of bars and discos, shops and restaurants catering for all tastes. |

| Les Orres provides a wide range of shops and cafes, as well as other amenities such as bakeries and pharmacies, a bank and post office. |

| As well as the skiing, there are many other activities for all ages. There is an ice-rink, fitness centre, bowling alley and cinema. Visitors can also enjoy other non-skiing entertainment such as snow-shoeing, paragliding, dog-sledging and tobogganing. |
