Les Chalet du Soleil is located in the newly developed area of Val Thorens, at the foot of the ski slopes - offering direct access from the residence*. The resort centre is a short walk away (500m).
The residence is composed of a cluster of chalets built from larch wood and stone, allowing you to experience the charming and authentic world of local mountain traditions. The apartments are spacious and welcoming with panoramic views.
Facilities at Les Chalets du Soleil include free access to the private indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room (open 17:00-21:00), private garage parking (payable), bakery service, free Wi-Fi access in every apartment, ski lockers with heated boot-dryer and a Savoyard restaurant.
The loan of cots and highchairs is possible (subject to availability).
All the stylish apartments at Les Chalets du Soleil are fitted and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience. The lovely interiors are traditional with a warm, cosy and homely atmosphere. They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, satellite TV, a telephone (calls payable), open fireplace with 1 sack of wood (extra payable) and a balcony.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.
*This indicates that you can access to or from the slopes with ease (within 100m of the residence). This is subject to normal snow conditions in the resort at that time and to the individual skier's ability.
