Hotel Le Morgane is situated at the foot of the Mont-Blanc, by the Aiguille du Midi cable car and in Chamonix's pedestrian town centre - a perfect location for discovering village life.
All of the 56 rooms and junior suites were entirely renovated during 2007. They all have en-suite bathroom, WC and either a balcony or terrace with brilliant views of the surrounding peaks. Le Morgane has an inviting lounge area with sofas and facilities at the hotel include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Massage and beauty treatments can be arranged locally. Local tourist tax c€1.50/pers/day (payable locally).
The extremely good on-site restaurant called Le Bistrot offers delicious cuisine. The Alan Peru Noodle Bar is next to Le Morgane, on avenue l'Aiguille du Midi, with a surprising interior of Savoyard and Eastern mysticism (starters approximately €7 and main meals approximately €12).
