Price is unless specified per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Eurotunnel return crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlusupgrade giving you not only the complete flexibility to travel on the next available departure but also a dedicated Check-in lane, priority boarding and use of dedicated lounge facilities with complimentary facilities (cars below 1.85m high only). A single supplement of £20 per car applies for travel on certain peak dates(1). Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen).

Price includes at Les Hauts Bois: Fully equipped apartment, TV, bed linen (beds made on arrival except the pull-out bed in the living area), towels, tea towel, bathrobes, cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), Wi-Fi internet access (at the reception and in all apartments), free access to the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and the fitness and relaxation room (open 09:00-20:00 every day except Saturday when open 14:00 -20.00).

Payable locally at Les Hauts Bois: Refundable breakage deposit €500/apartment (Please note no deposit, no keys!), local Tourist Tax from €1 to €2/person/day (guiding fare), optional underground parking (height limit 1.80m) €60/car/week (bookable and payable on arrival only - subject to availability), cleaning kit €5/kit, laundry room and Spa and beauty treatments (subject to availability).

Pets at Les Hauts Bois: Only one pet per apartment is allowed and will be charged 55€/day (payable locally). A valid passport for your pet is compulsory.

Loan of extras at Les Hauts Bois: Socket guards, hairdryers, board games, fondue and raclette sets, portable Playstations (refundable deposit required), irons and ironing boards and baby kit on reservation (cot, highchair, pushchair, changing mat and baby bath, suitable for children up to 2 years old) - All subject to availability.

Arrival day at Les Hauts Bois is Saturday (unless otherwise stated below) 17:00 - 21:00hrs and Departure 10:00hrs.
