breakage deposit: €400/apartment (Please note no
deposit, no keys!), local Tourist Tax from €1 to
€2/person/day (guiding fare), optional
underground parking (height limit 1.80m)
€50/car/week (subject to availability), hire of
extra towels set: €8/kit, hire of bathrobe
€8, extra cleaning kit €8, laundry room and
bakery service.

Only one pet
per apartment is allowed and will be charged
50€/stay (payable locally). A valid passport for
your pet is compulsory.
