Refundable
breakage deposit: €250/apartment (Please note no
deposit, no keys!), local Tourist Tax from €1 to
€2/person/day (guiding fare) and optional end of
stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes): from
€55/apartment (to request at time of
check-in).

Sorry pets
are not allowed in this residence.

(subject to availability).
Arrival day
at Les Balcons de Recoin is Saturday (unless
otherwise stated) 17:00 - 20:00hrs and Departure
10:00hrs.
^Due
to Christmas and New Year's day falling on a Sunday
this residence will offer an arrival day for
Christmas week on Monday 19th December for 7 nights
departing on Monday 26th December, for New Year week
on Monday 26th December for 7 nights departing on
Monday 2nd January. The following arrival on Monday
2nd January will be for 5 nights departing on
Saturday 7th January.
