Terms and Conditions:

All
Claims must be received within 24 hours of the
original booking.
2.
The
holidays must be identical and available in all
respects:-
a.
Same
accommodation.
b.
Same
duration.
c.
Same
destination.
d.
Same
departure date.
e.
Same
room type.
f.
Same
board basis.
g.
Same
form of transport.
h.
Same
number of people travelling.
3.
Verifiable
proof must be provided to back any claim:-
a.
Details
of other travel agents quote, travel agents name,
location and telephone number.
b.
Specific
holiday details, holiday reference number, dates,
journey time, country, resort and
accommodation.
c.
Number
of people the quote was for, specifying adult or
child.
d.
Price
details, including any conditions the other travel
agents quote was subject to.
4.
The
holiday must be through an ABTA/ATOL bonded, UK based
tour operator.
5.
Excludes:
Web offers/late deal holidays/any partners of Ski
Collection, insurance premiums, ski packs (ski hire)
and credit card charges.
6.
All
refunds remain at the discretion of Ski Collection
who will at all times act reasonably and in good
faith.
7.
Ski
Collection reserves the right to withdraw this offer
at any time.
