4* Aster in Avoriaz enjoys a tranquil, private, ski-in/ski-out position at the top of the resort beside the Le Tour chairlift and has amazing views of Avoriaz and the ski slopes.
Located in the Crozats area of the pedestrian friendly ski resort of Avoriaz, the Aster ski residence (formally known as Syrius) enjoys a tranquil and private location at the top of the resort, with stunning views over Avoriaz and the slopes, giving easy access to the skiing in Avoriaz & Portes du Soleil.
Located at the top of Avoriaz, Aster has easy access to the main high street in the Festival area of the resort. Here you will find the main selection of restaurants, bars and shops including a mini-market, lift pass office, ski school and ski hire shop.
Each self-catering apartment at the Aster ski residence is privately owned, and the interiors have been beautifully decorated with top quality fittings and furnishings. All the Aster apartments have generous floor space and are fitted with light wood panelling throughout.
The kitchenette has a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave or oven, an electric hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, and some apartments have an extractor fan and a kettle. The open-plan lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and/or armchairs, a flat-screen TV (with DVD player and hifi set in some apartments), free wifi, a large wooden table with chairs and/or bench seating for everyone, and a balcony with amazing views of the mountains and the Avoriaz ski resort. Included in the Aster ski apartments is an indoor ski locker plus cots and highchairs can be hired (state at time of booking, subject to availability).
Aster 302: 2 Bedroom Alcove Apartment Sleeps 6 (c 64m2):
Located on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom in this gorgeous ski apartment has the same south-west facing balcony access with stunning views. The first bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate alcove sleeping area with wooden bunk beds and a small wardrobe. This alcove area is accessed by a small corridor and has no window. The bathroom and shower-room with WC are both designed to a very high standard with modern tiling, and there is a large separate WC with a washing machine. Microwave only (no oven). HD TV and Wi-Fi access.
Aster 308: 3 Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 6 (c 72m2):
Located on the 3rd floor. This ski apartment is beautifully decorated with clean lines. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, a window, a corner south-west facing balcony with stunning views and a built-in wardrobe. One bedroom with two single beds has a balcony with the same stunning views, whilst the other bedroom with two single beds has a porthole window. The bathroom and shower-room with WC are both modern and with stylish tiling and lighting and there is a large separate WC. Microwave only (no oven) and no extractor fan. TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi access.
Aster 405: 2 Bedroom Alcove Apartment Sleeps 7 (c 62m2):
Located on the 4th floor. Offers elegant décor and furnishing and a high quality finish. Both bedrooms have a south-west facing balcony with the same stunning views and bright soft furnishings, the first has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, and the second has two single beds. There is also a separate alcove sleeping area with bunk beds, a single pull-out bed and a small wardrobe. This alcove area is accessed by a small corridor and has no window. The bathroom and shower-room with WC are both designed to a very high standard with stylish tiling and lighting and there is a large separate WC. Oven (no microwave) but no extractor fan. TV and Wi-Fi access.
Aster 802: 4 Bedroom Apartment Sleeps 8 (c 71m2):
Located on the 8th floor. Offers simplicity, great views and plenty of space. Leading off the lounge area is a room with south-west facing balcony access and a double sofa; this room can be used as a second lounge, or the sofa can be made into a double sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a balcony with stunning views. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds and windows and one of them has a TV. Both the bathroom and shower-room are modern with stylish tiling and there are two separate WCs. Oven (and microwave), TV, DVD player, Hifi system and Wi-Fi access.
Please note: as each apartment at the Aster ski residence in Avoriaz is individual the decor will vary from apartment to apartment. The photos shown here are of various different apartments. Specific photos of a particular apartment can be sent to you via e-mail upon request. For apartments that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old. Some apartments may have more than one TV set. Please be aware that these additional TV sets can only be used for your own game or DVD devices and cannot be used for watching broadcasted programmes.

- Refundable breakage deposit €300/apartment (cash or credit card). Please note no deposit, no keys!
- Local Tourist Tax: €1/person/day (guiding fare).
- Public covered parking: €89/car/week (guiding fare - bookable on www.avoriazparkings.com and payable on arrival only). We recommend that you pre-book your space at the ‘Parking Plateau’ car park (height limit 2.30m). This will allow you to access the car park straight away, unload your luggage at your own pace then use the lift from the car park to the covered walkway, where snow-cat vehicles will take you and your luggage to your residence (payable each way).
- Public outdoor parking: €65/car/week (guiding fare, no need to pre-book, 600 spaces, open 24/7, 800m from resort entrance).
- Optional end of stay cleaning: €65/2 bed apart & €75/3 or 4 bed apart. Please note: must be pre-booked at least 48 hrs prior to arrival otherwise an additional €30/apart will be charged.
- Hire of towels: €7/person (must be pre-booked).
- Hire of cot: €28/week.
- Hire of highchair: €25/week.
- Loss of keys: In the event of loss of apartment keys, the whole lock will need to be changed. The charge would therefore be €55/apartment key & €25/lift or ski locker key.
Sorry, pets are not allowed at the Aster residence.
