Tarentaise Information
The Tarentaise Valley, situated in the Savoy region of France, features popular ski resorts including La Rosiere, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise and Bourg-Saint-Maurice. La Rosiere
Set in a forest on the Italian border, La Rosiere is very popular with families due to its entertainment and activities for all ages as well excellent ski school provision and general friendly feel. The resort also features a south facing aspect which makes for sunny days on the pistes.
Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise
A ski village with a distinct blend of old and new, Sainte-Foy is a small and unspoiled resort. This makes for great skiing though as there are vast amount of untouched powder slopes and a great variety for all ski and snowboarding abilities.
Bourg-Saint-Maurice
The main town in the Tarentaise Valley, Bourg-Saint-Maurice. This is a lively and active town, offering something different to some of the surrounding resorts. With easy access to the large ski area of Paradiski, Bourg-Saint-Maurice caters to everyone.
