Online booking panels
Once you have completed your search, apartments for which we have full availability will show as ’Book now' on the search result pages. If you want to book, please follow the 'Book now' link. This will take you through the booking process where you can reserve your Eurotunnel crossing (or just accommodation only i.e no travel), enter your party details and then proceed to secure payment. Your confirmation invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours (but usually the same day on weekdays).
Anything on request will show as 'Request a quote'. Please fill in this form and we will contact you with up to date availability via email or telephone.
If you would like a Ski Collection specialist to put together a quote to help you in planning your next French ski holiday, you can fill in our Quote Request form here. You are now able to complete our quote request form by answering a few simple questions allowing us to tailor your requirements.
We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours of your enquiry with a detailed quotation.
Confirming your booking
In order to confirm your booking, we will need a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. Please note that with our Preview Prices (generally available until May-June the preceding season) a lower initial deposit of £200 per apartment is often available to secure any pre-reservation (please note however that pre-reservations are not confirmed bookings). In this instance, you will then require to make-up the difference between the £200 and our normal 25% deposit when our final prices come out. It is only at that stage that your pre-reservation will become a confirmed booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or any debit card such as Maestro or Delta. You can now also pay using Pingit (available 24 Hours). You don’t have to bank with Barclays to use Pingit, it’s free to download and use, just search for Peak Retreats in the Business Directory and quote your booking number as a reference. Commercial card payments will incur a 1.85% charge in respect of all transactions. We are unable to accept payment by American Express.
A confirmation invoice and our booking conditions will follow within 7 days of your booking. When you make your booking you must accept the terms of these booking conditions, on behalf of all your party and pay a deposit as detailed above. A contract will exist only when we issue our confirmation invoice. We strongly suggest that you do not make independent arrangements linked to the accommodation, such as flights until then. It is important that you check all your details shown on the confirmation invoice carefully to ensure they are correct as this forms the basis of the contract. Any discrepancies should be brought to our attention within 7 days of issue otherwise the details shown on the confirmation invoice will be presumed to be correct.
Paying the balance of your holiday
The balance of your holiday is due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to departure, the total cost of the holiday is payable immediately. The balance can be paid by bank transfer (our account details are shown on your invoice and remittance advice), cheque, Visa, MasterCard or any debit card such as Maestro or Delta.
Commercial card payments will incur a 1.85% charge in respect of all transactions. We are unable to accept payment by American Express.
We do issue payment reminders but please note late payment will incur a surcharge of £10 per day, per booking. If we do not receive payment we shall cancel your travel/accommodation arrangements, retain your deposit, and apply cancellation charges.
Your travel documents
Your travel documents will be sent to you two weeks prior to your departure. These will include accommodation vouchers with directions, resort information, Eurotunnel or ferry travel reference and, where applicable, ski extras vouchers.
