The recently built Les Alpages residence is composed of five independent chalets, housing privately owned one and two bedroom self-catering ski apartments that can sleep up to 7 people. The particular self-catering ski apartments we feature at Les Alpages are number 03C and number 05C. Facilities include ski lockers and lifts (accessing all floors except the top ones). There is free outdoor parking at Les Alpages (subject to availability) or payable covered parking 300m away (pre-bookable, max height 1.85m, CCTV).
All the apartments at Les Alpages are fully equipped and functional, with cosy Savoyard and traditional Alpine features throughout. The kitchenettes have an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a TV in the living areas and every apartment has a balcony.
Les Alpages 03C is a 2 Bedroom Apartment Sleeping 7 (c 65m2): It features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, shower room and WC, another bedroom with double bed, alcove with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.
Les Alpages 05C is a 2 Bedroom Apartment Sleeping 7 (c 51m2): It features a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, an alcove with bunk beds, 1 shower room and 1 separate WC. There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

For apartments that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.

Situated 10m from the ski slopes, there is ski-in/ski-out access (snow and level depending) from the residence via the bottom of the red 'Aigle' slope. This leads onto the 'Pas de Lac', 'Plattieres' and 'Combes' ski lifts, which take you out of Mottaret and into the rest of the 3 Valleys ski area.
