The flooring is a combination of wood and tiles and the 2 main bedrooms have carpet.

Apartment Types

Le Lac Noir 22 is a split level 2 Bedroom Mezzanine Alcove Apartment Sleeping 8 (c 120m2).

Ground floor: Large living area with 2 sofas, open fireplace, Wi-Fi internet access, TV, DVD player, large dining table seating 8, large window and patio door opening onto the sunny West facing balcony with beautiful views; fully equipped open-plan kitchen with electric hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; Shower-room and WC.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 double bed, a large mezzanine with 1 single bed and a pull out bed, one crossing room with a single bed and a pull out bed. Bathroom and separate WC. Dressing room.

Price includes (2017/18):

End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area & dishes).

Payable locally (2017/18):

  • Refundable breakage deposit: €500/apartment – Please note: no deposit, no keys!
  • Local Tourist Tax: €1/person/day (guiding fare).
  • Hire of bed linen: €15/person.
  • Optional beds made on arrival supplement: €8/bed.
  • Hire of towels: €12/person.
  • Hire of cot: €15/week.
  • Hire of highchair: €15/week
  • Hire of cot and highchair: €25/week
  • Only one pet per apartment is allowed and will be charged €35/week (payable locally). A valid passport for your pet is compulsory.

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 12.00 & 14.00 – 19.00.
Saturday: 08.30 – 12.30 & 13.30 – 19.00.
Sunday: 09.00 – 12.00 & 16.00 – 19.00.
