Le Lac Noir 22 is a split level 2 Bedroom Mezzanine Alcove Apartment Sleeping 8 (c 120m2).
Ground floor: Large living area with 2 sofas, open fireplace, Wi-Fi internet access, TV, DVD player, large dining table seating 8, large window and patio door opening onto the sunny West facing balcony with beautiful views; fully equipped open-plan kitchen with electric hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; Shower-room and WC.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 double bed, a large mezzanine with 1 single bed and a pull out bed, one crossing room with a single bed and a pull out bed. Bathroom and separate WC. Dressing room.

End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area & dishes).

- Refundable breakage deposit: €500/apartment – Please note: no deposit, no keys!
- Local Tourist Tax: €1/pp/day (guiding fare)
- Hire of bed linen: €15/pp
- Optional beds made on arrival supplement: €8/bed
- Hire of towels: €12/pp
- Hire of cot: €15/week.
- Hire of highchair: €15/week
- Hire of cot and highchair: €25/week
- Only one pet per apartment is allowed and will be charged €35/week (payable locally). A valid passport for your pet is compulsory.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £240.
