It's home to the Michelin-starred Les Explorateurs restaurant and has a range of dining options as well as superb facilities.

- Covered car park (supplement 26€/day, payable locally; maximum height 2m),
- Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel except in the Igloo Pod, a geodesic tent on the roof of Le Refuge, for a night close to the stars (supplement to be paid locally),
- 'Le Colporteur' - Hotel Pashmina’s boutique shop,
- Ski lockers with direct access to the slopes,
- There is a free shuttle bus service to the resort centre from 8am to 9pm. The hotel is on a red slope so its ski-in/ski-out convenience is unsuitable for complete beginners, it's also snow dependent,
- Enjoy the half-board dinner menu at Le Base Camp, a casual, welcoming traditional restaurant. You’ll be able to enjoy unrivalled mountain views, from the Glacier de Péclet to the Cime de Caron,
- Guests can also follow the Head Chef Josselin Jeanblanc (awarded a Michelin star in 2017) for a discovery experience at the restaurant Les Explorateurs - please note this restaurant is not included in the half-board.
New for 21/22 - thanks to European glass experts - Grolla Verre and Serrurerie Tissot - they have used glass with integrated nanotechnology to create a new 70m2 retractable veranda on the terrace with bay windows offering clear views of the surrounding mountains and slopes of Val Thorens. The new retractable glass veranda is heated using self-heating glass and power from electricity generated locally from dams in the region. The system allows a comfortable temperature for lunch or dinner to be maintained and can be set up in two minutes in case of bad weather or cold temperatures.
