Le Centaure is a Directors' Choice residence.
Flaine is well suited to families offering a large nursery slope area perfect for children or beginners, whilst the nearby resort centre has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars plus a unique atmosphere with several large sculptures inspired by artists such as Picasso.
Arriving at Le Centaure, a large internal staircase leads you to the open-air roof terrace from which you can ski-in and ski-out and enjoy spectacular views over the ski area and the surrounding mountains.
Facilities at Le Centaure include free access to the recently added ‘Centre Ô des Cimes’ Spa with indoor heated swimming pool with children’s pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness room. Numerous facial or body treatments and massages are available to pre-book through Ski Collection (payable).
Facilities include a communal lounge area at the reception, free Wi-Fi internet access in the reception area and all apartments (1 free, additional connections payable), luggage room, lifts, ski locker with heated boot racks. A bakery delivery service can be arranged for fresh bread and pastries to be delivered to reception by 08.00 each morning (payable, pre-order the day before, before 18.00).
The loan of cots, highchairs, changing mats, bottle warmers, plug socket guards (1 cot & 1 highchair max/apartment, request at time of booking), board games, raclette/pierrade/fondue sets (all subject to availability).
Le Centaure in Flaine offers 62 self-catering ski apartments in 1 main building. The apartments are south-facing and range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom split level. The 2 bedroom apartments are split level whilst some of the 3 bedroom apartments enjoy an amazing location with a balcony directly overlooking the slopes and chairlifts. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, multi-function oven, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, mixer and steamer. The bathrooms have a heated towel rail and hairdryer. The living area has satellite TV, telephone and a balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6 (c 65m2): Living area, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower room, bathroom & WC. May be split level. No sofa bed in the living room.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6/8 (c 70-75m2): Living area with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bathroom, shower room & 1 WC. Maybe duplex.
Please note: for any apartments at Le Centaure in Flaine that feature bunk beds, they are suitable for children aged between 6 and 14.
*Please also note that due to the configuration of some of the larger apartments, we recommend that families with younger children and especially toddlers book the 1 bedroom 4 persons or 1 bedroom alcove 6 persons apartments, which are non-duplex.

3* Superior Le Panoramic in Flaine is ideally located in the heart of Flaine Forêt next to the Grands Vans ski lift, offering doorstep skiing (snow and level depending).
4* Les Chalets du Hameau in Flaine is located in a charming hamlet, 2km from the resort centre and the bottom of the ski slopes. Unique to the Alps, Les Chalets du Hameau in Flaine are highly comfortable chalets in an unusual style.
3* Les Pleiades in Flaine Foret offers spectacular south facing views and is perfectly situated 500m from the ski lifts and shops and only 200m from the shopping centre. There is a free resort shuttle bus which stops outside the residence.
Opening for December 2023, this 4* luxury residence will be located in the centre of Flaine Forum, offering an exceptional Ski in Ski out location. This apart-hotel will be south facing and will feature a restaurant.
Stay at 3* Hotel Terminal Neige Totem in Flaine. Ideally located in Flaine Forum by the Picasso Totem, 200m away from the slopes and close to the resort’s amenities and a good range of restaurants and bars.
