Facing the mythical summit of Mont-Blanc, the chalet - built for December 2021, embodies the new art of high-quality living in altitude. One-sided roofs, huge bay windows, contemporary construction over 4 levels, this contemporary chalet revisits the traditional codes of architecture in the mountains and invents a new generation of chalet while integrating with harmony in the landscape.

Nestled in the heart of Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in Europe, it is located at the foot of the slopes (Chantel blue piste). 1838 is ideally located just 100m from the Arc 1800 mid-station lifts (such as Carreley chairlift, Dahu gondola, Vegere chairlift and Villards chairlift) on the gentle lower slopes of the resort.
Le Dahu gondola (free access) nearby connects Arc 1800 centre with its bars, restaurants, shops etc to the Chantel area of Arc 1800. It is usually open from 8.30am-11pm. The Villards chairlift (free access), not far from the residence, is open until 7.30pm for access to the famous Folie Douce bar and restaurant.
The Mille8 leisure area with its various different snow activities, swimming pool, restaurant (plus Folie Douce) is a short distance away on the slopes.
After a day on the slopes, you can relax in the wellness area on level -2 with its heated swimming pool 3m x 6m (with swimming against the current), jets, sauna, steam room, walk-in-shower, hot tub, access to the terrace with sun loungers and outdoor wooden hot tub. The wellness area faces west and north with a view of Mont Blanc.

Chalet 1838 is very near to chalets Eden, Arpoza and Osarcs so could accommodate even larger groups.
At entrance level, there is a spacious (60m2) living room exposed West, and open also on the south and the north, 4 huge bay windows offering sunny panoramic views from east to west, 1 large cozy living room with plenty of armchairs, TV. A superb contemporary fireplace, running on gas for a warm atmosphere.
A dining table, accommodating 14 guests in great comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with a view of Mont-Blanc including 1 big central island with 4 high chairs, 1 large induction hob, 2 fridges, 2 multi-function convection ovens (incl. microwave/steam), 2 dishwashers and 1 large air-conditioned wine cellar.
There is a separate wc on this floor (and also on -2, -3 levels).

4* Aparthotel Eden in Arc 1800 is a ski-in/ski-out property (snow and level depending, it's a blue piste) in the Chantel sector of the pedestrianised resort of Les Arc 1800; the centre of which is accessible via the ski slopes, Le Dahu gondola or a short shuttle bus ride.
At the foot of the slopes in the pedestrianised Villards district of the Arc 1800 village, l'Ecrin is a newly built residence. The ESF ski school is a 2 minutes’ walk away.
Located Arc 1800, in the pedestrianised Chantel sector, the 4* residence is at the foot of the ski slopes offering excellent ski in/ski out access (snow and level depending) and is just 15 minutes from the Vanoise Express link which connects Les Arcs to La Plagne. There is a free shuttle close to the residence.
