The newly built Chalet Les Marmottons residence offers 33 luxurious apartments combining traditional architecture from Savoy with high standard and modern facilities. Guests enjoy use of the Ô des Cîmes Spa at the sister Lodge Hemera residence 450m away. Numerous facial or body treatments and massages are available to pre-book through Ski Collection (payable).
Chalet Les Marmottons has a lounge area with open fireplace, a selection of daily newspapers and messages services, Wi-Fi internet access in the reception area and all apartments (1 free connection, additional connections payable), an underground garage (payable €60/week, max height 1.80m), laundry service (payable), lifts, ski lockers and a luggage room.
You will enjoy direct access to the fabulous Franco-Italian ski area, the Espace San Bernardo.
The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats and bottle warmer and socket guards (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue/pierrade sets is available from reception. A bakery service can also be arranged for fresh bread and pastries to be delivered to reception from 08.00 each morning (payable, pre-order the day before, before 18.00).
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out sofa bed (making up double bed), a fully equipped kitchen area with multi-function oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mixer, steamer and toaster; bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer and wc. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device, subsequent devices payable €30) and a balcony.
The majority of the apartments in Chalet Les Marmottons offer stunning south/south-west facing views of Les Arcs on one side and the Tignes valley to the east.

4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10 (85/95m2): 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, extra bath or shower room, extra wc. May be duplex.
Please note: for any apartments/chalets at Marmottons in La Rosiere that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old or over 14.

Opened for December 2020, this 4* luxury residence is located in the Quartier des Eucherts area, close to the ski slopes, main chairlift and ESF ski school meeting point. Snow conditions permitting, you can ski back to the residence.
4* Les Cimes Blanches in La Rosière is a luxury ski residence located in the Quartier des Eucherts area, close to the ski slopes offering wonderful panoramic views. It is just a 5 minute walk from the ski school and the Eucherts chairlift.
4* Le Lodge Hemera is perfectly situated just 150m from the ski slopes with their southerly orientation and is only a stone's throw from the shops. The ski hire shop is within 50m of the residence and the Ecole de Ski Francais (ESF) ski school and lift pass kiosk are within 100m.
4* Les Balcons de La Rosière in La Rosière is located right on the slopes to provide ski-in ski-out opportunity (snow and level depending). The residence is located in La Rosiere Les Eucherts and benefits from a quiet location, great sunshine and fantastic views of Tarentaise.
